My career in coffee has been relatively short, since 2004 in fact. For that period of time I have owned and operated a very successful coffee shop in Warragul Victoria.

I soon developed an unrelenting passion for all aspects of coffee and it seemed that the more I learned, the hungrier for knowledge I became.

I have recently sold my business to pursue my passion which is to teach people how to make and appreciate good coffee. My husband Ian and I also own The Bean Scene Coffee Studio in Warragul as well as a couple of mobile units that operate at major events around Victoria, so as you can see I live, eat and breathe coffee - but never tire of it!

I am excited about coffee and wish that everyone who makes and enjoys coffee could be as passionate as I am.

I believe that the consumer has the right to expect excellence when drinking coffee, just as they would a fine wine.
